blown up, are you?
Trying to be nice and blowing up at the moment when you really need to be calm does not solve any problem. The feelings of guilt and regret never leaves you subsequently then. You end up being someone you never wanted to be and left your image in someone’s heart as you never were. How to solve this problem? Don’t you think it’s all easy and simple, maybe not in the initial but when you get use to it, you start to apply simple strategies to overcome your abrupt anger! How to tackle with such situations? One rule of thumb is to let other person speak and think swiftly whether you really can solve the problem by getting irritated or let the situation pass quietly. I know it’s hard especially when your mind suddenly blows up and you don’t know what to do. Every person differs from other to some extent, we do share common attributes among ourselves but we can never guarantee the act we adopted today will be followed by us throughout our lifetime. By the passage of time we’ve to change many things including our nature. Anger makes you feel irritated, irritation then leads to aggression and aggression consequently leads to regression. What a long chain of destruction, then why in simple and small matters that could be solved polity we should waste our energies? And how can I go without writing what I like the most- the impact of feelings in one’s life. Life is not about feeling what others think about, what others want, what’s their perspective of life is, but finding the right path which you should follow and be a successful person. Always try to quell things with clemency as much as possible. Coolness and calmness are the greatest attribute in one’s life!
